Re: NEED Phoenix area mechanic/parts
I don't have a new thermostat, but I have a garage and I could do it, I suppose.

There is a garage in Tempe called IMM. Located at 430 S. Price. 480-967-7805
They know Fiats and should be able to help if Brian hasn't already taken care of it for you.
Star...are you stranded somewhere here?

Re: NEED Phoenix area mechanic/parts
I'd be leery. When a seller states the car only needs a minor repair, why wouldn't they fix it and make the car more valuable? Statements like " only needs a minor tune up", " just needs a thermostat", "one tire is a little low on air" etc are red flags in my book
Re: NEED Phoenix area mechanic/parts
As always Marks speaks the truth. I would not buy the car with out installing a new Tstat and checking it out. You will either find out it's great or something else is wrong and have a better barganning position. If there is little to no rust and it only needs motor work it's probably still worth buying if the price is right.
