small block Ford Spider

Post by So Cal Mark »

A friend was at a car show and stumbled onto this Spider with a small block Ford. Unfortunately, he only got the one pic.

From this camera angle, it sure looks nice. He did something really radical without making it look too gaudy. Good job!!

Amazing job stretching and modifying the front end. I love the louver too. Really nice job!

Not only the hood, I didn't catch before the trunk lid... check out the way cool cutout for a competition gas filler cap. Must have a gasket under it to prevent water into the trunk.

I'd love more pics of this tasteful thing, I wonder what he did to the stern...

Wait, wait, no quarter windows either!

I bet the doors don't open. Look at the roll cage, has a bar in front of the pass door. If that is true, then it probably doesnt have side windows, or a top for that matter. Take a look at that dash too, must have some nice gauges.

If mine looked that good, it would only see sunshine!!

He extended the front end behind the front wheels. Think about how much work that took.

I believe this is the guy i met a few months ago he's a friend of
someone i know and will be bringing the car to the French Italian
Italian Car Show !
It took him some thing like 2 years to build this car and what you
see is only part of the mods he did, great work indeed ...
