There's a club in the Seattle/Renton area, Fiat Enthusiasts Northwest; http://www.fiatnorthwest.org/
that has a meet/show every spring in Isaquah, usually in April.

A possible run on Vacouver Island, very perhaps May22-24 weekend? There was talk about it anyway. Guess you need a passport though to get back. Take Anacourtes ferry to Victoria. Air temp is top down then but has been known to have the odd light rain/scotch mist then as well. Perhaps a finish at Whistler?
