Time to happy dance

Post by amsiegel »

In the last of week I put on the 15" tires, rebuilt carb, and swapped my coil out. Last was the first time I could really take it for a spin. When I got back to my warehouse I did the happy dance. All my small problems where taken care of. No more stalls, no more hard starting, no stutter when flicking on high beams. It was fun.

The slightly rougher ride becasue of the wider tires are going to take a bit of getting use to. But damn the car can take turns now. I turned the side roads around the warhouse complex into my own little race course. I would love to take it up to FFO and take it on the Dragon but I probably not going to able to go.

Whats a good tire pressure for 15X7 rims with 195/50/15 tires?

Andrew,
glad to see your back on the road. I should be back on the road in ten days or so. Maybe we can get a run together. Not sure what the correct tire pressure would be. I would also like to know myself.
