So for a while now. I noticed this guy on ebay from Atlanta Georgia that sells fiat parts for an astronomical price. trunk hinges for 420, I might be wrong, but i can't imagine anyone buying this stuff for these prices. Or lets just say I have a hard time understanding how you could try to sell for these prices. Even better would be how curious I am to how many people actually purchase the highly priced items. I am an alfa fan too and a guy has just one tail light lense for an alfa gtv6 for 400. Thats crazieness too. Is this stuff above showroom quality like maybe museum quality. Actually museum quality would be worn down but in incredible shape. But you know what i mean.
So who can explain to me why the prices are so extremely high. I need to know. Is there legitimacy behind this?
I must be crazy to buy these parts

Maybe a disillusioned seller or a sucker born every day? I don't know. I usually buy stuff I need from our normal vendors or from people on the forums. I haven't gone wrong yet!

Re: I must be crazy to buy these parts
Man, i agree with you 100% i have been trying to buy parts for my 1980 fiat spider i bought for a project and the prices on ebay are really high. I have bought most of my parts that i need off of this site. They are better quality and i do believe everybody on this site is here to help with our projects and not get rich off of it. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!
Re: I must be crazy to buy these parts
Sometimes sellers throw %$@# on a wall to see what sticks.
I'm browsing for factory wheels for my daughters Focus, and come across a guy selling a single RECONDITIONED SVT wheel for $536 on ebay. Ford Racing will sell you a whole brand new set of 4 for less than that, if you catch a sale. I wonder the same thing, do people really buy this stuff? I checked to make sure the seller wasn't from Nigeria.
