but, it didn't take me too long to spend twice the certificate amount....about 38 seconds.

yup it were.

i had recently changed my fuel sender in the tank because the dash gauge had started mis reading; meaning that the needle and light were not functioning in the same sync as before. i did not know which to believe.

with the change in the sender, the out-of-sync did not improve. trusting the needle, and not my instinct....well, the results placed us on the side of the road for an hour.

let's just say that 70-80 mph is REALLY, REALLY fast when it is just an elbow's distance away.
