Abarth Fender Flares (now with Photos)

I've just had an experience that might add some perspective here.
I've got a guy who just opened a case on me with Ebay, for some Datsun Roadster parts he bought from me.
The short version is that through an error on my part (well, my error was asking a 3rd party to ship for me, since I was out of town) we can't track the items. He claims to have never received them. I've offered a full refund, which he won;t accept because he thinks he got such a smokin' deal (on parts I couldn;t give away fro free on the Datsun Forums) that he doesn't want a refund, he wants his parts.
So instead of accepting my offer of a refund; he opened a case on ebay, and then jumped on the Datsun forums and proceeded to call me a liar and a cheat. depsite my 100% feedback rating, and my consistent communication.

This is a different situation, but I would hope this seller ends-up being hinest, and that this is simply a miscommunication, and he'll make right with you.
If he does.... let him?

Still tonight nothing from this dude about my fender flares. Well i hope your situation works out well. I cant believe he wont accept a refund. What more could you want.

Oh, boy... sorry to hear that. I was watching that fender flares auction like a hawk (I'm going for an Abarth look too) but dropped out when the bidding got over $300. Guy Morenhout (sp?) -- a European Abarth expert and restorer -- stocks what I'm told are perfect reproductions for about that price considering the Euro conversion rate, so I figured I'd rather go with a known supplier. Should you get your money back (my fingers are crossed for you) let me know and maybe we can get a better rate and cheaper shipping if we order from Guy together. Best of luck!! The guy finally got ahold of me and to my surprise he is acting pretty cool about it. He even apologized and said that he has another pair and he would be willing to tape them to his car and show me the photos to see if i approve before sending them otherwise he will refund me. I did send him an email with my photos. So maybe this will turn out all right. We'll see after the weekend.

So I got my NEW fender flares, Great shape if i say so myself. So everything is cool with this guy now.
