i git the pulley off and the three bolts that hold the pump to the engine but how do i get the 2 bolts off that metal tube that runs along the left side of the engine....litterally no space and i can get a socket on them but there is no space to move the wrench, vice grips wont work....i dont wanna have to tear the whole engine apart to get the water pump off either...and plus i live in an apartment and were not really supposed to work on cars in the parking lot so i get up at like 5 am and do all this stuff b-4 management shows up at 8....soooooooo frusterating

I use a 1/4" flex rachet and I also have a small 10mm wrench that I've ground down for tight spots like that. Investing in one of those cheap Taiwan wrench sets is a good investment when you want to bend, grind or otherwise customize tools for unique applications

You could also remove the water pump with the tube attached if you undo the 13mm bolt that holds it and remove the heater hose attached to the other end. The 13mm bolt (or nut if you have a stud in the head) also holds the exhaust manifold in the center.
