1800 manifold / 34 adf carb

Post by Torxx »

saw this item on ebay. Is the intake I would need for my '79 spider carb upgrade. descriptiion reads:

"1975 - 1978 1800 Intake manifold in excellent condition. Manifold can be used on early spiders if the water outlet for the choke is plugged. Best Manifold for the 2L carb cars. All emision ports have been plugged. Bolt on condition."

Thanks for the help

are you asking a question, or making a statement?

won't commit to the plugging without viewing, but i'd grab the intake if you are considering a carb change for your '79

that is, if I were you.

what price are they asking?

I want to be confidant that this manifold will work on my '79 spider to be used with a 34 abf carb. link to the ebay listing is below. I think the seller is a forum member.

Does anyone have a set of these for sale? I am going to install them on my 1979 124. Does anyone have diagrams on what I need to plug in the way of emissions ports?
