Clutch cable

Can anyone give me the routing for a clutch cable, bulkhead to clutch fork. I am converting to 5 speed from auto. Are there any support brackets or ties that are involved. Although I am RHD, I'm sure the routing will be similar. Thanks.

no brackets in between the firewall and bellhousing
