Pictures of my Fiat Family

Post by ga.spyder »

I have been putting a good bit of time into getting the 77 project car running right. Thanks to a lot of help from the people here I got the alternator worked out.To make a long story short,I had a non reg. alt.and a disconnected voltage regulator. Also, wrong style alt.,so it didnt fit well at all.Now have a regulated 55 amp Bosch, fits perfect.
Have had some carb issues, and racydave encouraged me to take it off and clean er' out.Blew out all passages, and she is running sweeeeeet!Couple little oil leaks  ,and a linkage issue yet to look into.
Took some time today to clean it up,install some trim stuff,etc....Here are a couple pix of the 'fleet'

Just needs a white one to be an all American Fiat family!
It'd be fun to have another one around here to take drives with my kids.
You got her lookin' good Craig.

Thanks guys.George...the Porsche is just a dream.Whenever I wake up I do run out to the garage. You know...just to check  The 77 has turned out to be a pretty good find.It has cleaned up better than expected. It really runs and drives well.A lot of little rattles in the doors,hood,etc..but I had it up to 70 mph and it doesnt shimmy and you can take your hands off the wheel and she tracks straight. The best part,my wife loves the car !!

Very very nice! A beautiful pair.

And I also like your property and buildings. I would be embarrassed to show my yard!

Indeed a very nice family you have there. That blue gray metallic is a great looking color. Nice work resurrecting the red headed step child.
