is it possible to set up the for sale section with a few req'd fields? It would be so helpful to have location and asking price posted rather than to have to create a whole thread just to find out the basics

Sorry I took so long to get back to you, I was camping up in the mountians with the Scouts and I just got back in the saddle here. I don't know of any way to force the entries, but I could go in there and post an announcement with strict guidelines and that might help. Let me give that a try and see what happens.
