I guess I'm a slow learner. I've been building engines for 45 years and still don't know everything. ... J.D.

funny thing about the whole Cam issue here is on the mainstream
theres only 2 or 3 Fiat TC Cam profiles to choose from not many
unless u go regrinds or to a couple custom Places Like Guy who
charges an arm and a leg maybe 2 a few fingers plus shipping
over sea's .

I would say the guys looking for more power on the street u have
2 choices of Cams 40 80 or 42 82 beyound that your looking for
Custom stuff any more not even regrinders can do much beyound
the 42 82 profile .

Joe's got the point on cam Timing if you move any direction your
changing your over or under lap on the cam timing bottom line !

That thing is nuts. I hope he gets it completed soon. Would love to see what it does.

Actually there are over 25 cam profiles from major manufacturers for the FIAT TC available at this moment. Gozzoli has 9, Piper has 4, Pittatore 7, Colombo 2, Boubis 2, Kent 2. In addition to these Kent and Colombo have many racing profiles that are not listed and are special order only like the famous Kent FT12 (actually very similar to BDA cosworth ultirace profile).

Maybe i wasn't clear enough when i said Main or most vendors,
I wasn't saying no other Cam's were out their But most large
companys or suppliers sell just 2 or 3 profiles .
I am well aware of Guy Croft Colombo and Kent Cams . PBS used
to have there own line of Cams as well but they are all gone now .
