Top Latches

The springs are broken on my Spider 2000 top latches. Has anyone been able to repair theirs or should I just replace the entire latch??

I tried fixing mine a few times, but the pin that holds the spring in place kept coming out, finally gave in and just bought new latches. My old latches no longer really looked like they were chrome, so getting new ones made a huge difference appearence wise. I ordered mine from Fiatinc on ebay - much better price than any of the "typical" vendors we use, and they are top quality.

i was fortunate to have a friend that micro-welded that pin into place, as mine kept coming out as well. has worked for two straight seasons now!
