lose of power

(1981 fuel injected fiat) this moring as i was going to work the engine just lost power feels like it went to skipping and sounds hollow give it gas no power i'm guessing i may have lost an injector, but had to leave it at work (28 miles one way) oil pressure around 50psi water temp was appox 190* no smoke out the tail pipe and no oil leaking out of the engine other than the small leaks it aready had (old seals suck) the reason i think it was an injector is they are old and i've already had to replace one a couple of years ago anyone have a clue?

anything that affects one cylinder would cause very rough running and a lack of power when accelerating. If it's misfiring, you need to isolate each cylinder to determine where the problem is. Using insulated pliers, remove each plug wire from the cap and observe any changes in rpm. Once you figure out which cylinder, determine if you have spark, listen or feel the injector for clicking. Do you have any test equipment? Stethoscope, test light, noid light? Those tools will make the process easier

first i checked all plugs and plug wires then started the car up to check the injectors, bewlieve it or not one of the injector wire had come off. so were back up and runing. nice when it isn't something bad
