Hi,
My windshield has a white "Fog" around the bottom and sides that looks like that fake frost you can put on your home windows to decorate at Christmas. Is this a normal "feature" or could this be due to some kind of evaporation from the vinyl in the car?

Re: Windshield "tint"
My guess is that moisture has worked it's way into the plastic laminate between the inner and outer glass layers of your laminated screen causing it to become discoloured.

I see this alot, more so on cars that have been left sitting in the sun for years. I believe the laminate inbetween the glass layers is the problem, but short of replacing the windshield I don't have a solution
