Fender Flares, where are they?

Post by MNspiderman »

I really was looking forward to getting some fender flares, probably abarth style. I was trying to get them from bayless about a month ago, but I just missed out because of their liquidation to fiat x19 website. Now I don't really want to wait 6 month for them to get their site and inventory together. So Where can I get som Fender Flares? Or Does anyone know anyone who has any? I've seen some forsale in England but wow, thats pretty far away.

Csaba was selling the molds to make rear flares awhile back, I don't know if he sold them or who has them now.

I to am looking for alternatives to the current import form Germany option.
I work in plastics, design, and reverse engineering and have been considering making some for myself, but can't justify it for just me. I have the ability to 3d scan, machine tooling, and thermoform ABS flares if I could only get a good group to agree on a reasonable price, reasonable look, and reasonable timeline.

I'd be interested in some accurate Abarth Stradale replica flares at a reasonable price... Keep us posted.

I have 2 type 2's in my garage that add about 1/2" to the fiat. I'm ganna go pick up a set of type 1's when i get the chance there soposed to add about 1 1/2" to a miata. they look good on the side of the fiat.I plan on running 15x8 +0 wheels hopeing to get a 225 wide tire on it but i have more problems with fitment than most.
