Missing Wheel Stud

The PO installed wheel studs on the hubs of my '77 and one is now missing from the left front. I took the wheel off and it looks like it may be stripped. Any options besides replacing the whole unit? I torqued the nuts down to 65 ft-lbs. Too much? Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks.

I would think that a tire store can replace that one stud. Torque seems good to me.
