Hood rubber pads from Vicks?

I can't tell you for sure, but I think not. They look much too thick. However, they do look like they might replace the ones that slide into the slots at the top edge of the hood (directly on the hood, in opposition to the one on the cowl that you are pointing to). But somebody who has ordered them will know better than I do.

I bought the ones that slide onto the top of the hood (from Vick's), and they work fine.

Yeah, I just looked in my Vick's (paper) catalogue, and I see that those are the ones for the hood, whereas the ones you are "pointing" at are the part 81-0305. But don't take my word for it - confirm with Vick's. I could use new ones too (all four actually), so it is good to know the hood ones work Alvon, especially since they look different from what I took off when painting.

never hurts to actually call the vendors. they are very personable folks, that love to talk Italian cars and car parts.
