OK never mind - 20 minutes later and putting the jack stand on the body, easy to slide it in!!!!
Trying to replace the trailing arms on the spider. No problem getting the long arm off on the drivers side. But getting it back on errrr. I have the car on jack stands, rear ones on the axel. Is it better to do this with the jacks on the body and let the suspension hang? I need to move the rear end a bit to get the bolts started.
So jacks on body?
