Rocker Panel Replacement?

So do the rocker panels unscrew somewhere like under the chrome lip or are they actually welded to the body? I've seen photos but no answers.

On the sides under the doors, there is screws along the panel and one stud pn the rear that is welded to the panel which goes through the fender and into the wheel well. All you have to do is remove the nut. You might not see it because of your undercoating. On the corners, the is a small phillips on the rear and the same as the sides going into the wheel well.

Ok, thanks. Only because some dill-rod made rocker panels on my car and bent sheetmetal every 1" so they bend geometrically all the way around the radius. I don't like this look. So when I see rockers for 60 bucks I should buy them and I shouldn't have any problems installing them I hope.
