Off to Dixie FiatFest

I got the car loaded on the trailer,and strapped down for the 5 hour tow to DFF.Its gonna be a great weekend,with activities planned for each day.It is my wife and daughters 1st Fiat event and I am sure they are going to enjoy it!I wish more of you could make it,and Ron...I will wear my Luxmore driving cap in your honor during the rally.Maybe next time !!! I promise to take lots of pix.

Its late and I am finally out of the garage. My Fiat is not as polished as I was hoping. I have only been working on it since Thanksgiving, and it's still not finished. Its time for a lawn chair and a beer. Dixie or bust!

Unfortunately, we will be heading out late (read very early Sat.). We hope to make it for the Rally line-up first call. I too am bringing my wife and my daughters, it shall be our first Fiat event. The car is not clean, polished, painted....... etc. but we will be there! We can't wait and I am excited to meet all of the people who have encouraged us to keep going and not scrap this project a year ago. Though, the orginal project is still not running and shall not be seen on Sat, you will be seeing the "parts car". See you Sat!
