I've notished that the second cylinder does have ignition but is starbving for fuel theres nothing squirting out of the pump jet when i put down the acceleration pedal any sugestions where to look ?
any help would be appreciated
edit problem soved , got the carbs partially appart and blew everything trough with compressed air

Tappy, that regulator doesn't specify what range it can be set at. The IDFs need no more than 3 to 4 lbs of pressure. Some regulators cannot be set that low, especially if they are meant for a fuel injected system. I'm running a Holley regulator on both of mine.
If you aren't getting a steady stream of fuel from your pump, you may want to check and clean your jets and float bowl. You may have something clogging them.
