I have used these http://gotbelts.com/endrelease2.html in a Lancia, and they worked well. Before buying these belts I had bought two different sets off ebay for half the price, but could never get them to extend or retract smoothly. Ended up trashing one set (no refundss), and returning the other set before trying Gotbelts.
Still wish I could find decent belts for less.

I did the same thing, bought Autoloc belts on Ebay and after deciding they weren't safe ordered from Got Belts. The ones I bought were made for convertables and don't have the extra mounting point, but are not long enough to move the seat all the way forward, (which doesn't matter to me).

You can use these 140" belts. I removed the center mount before installing the belts. This gave the belts plenty of length.

got belts dot com

highly recommend this site for the speed, quality, and adaptability to the Spider

120" minimum is what i recommend... 105" won't be enough

Most of the belts have a extra mount for the b-pillar or roof of a normal car. you can remove it with a hack saw or cut off wheel. I think 120" would be perfect.

I just put the 120'' on mine last week.I used the 12'' molded reciever end ,also. No more fumbling to find the end when it has fallen under the seat.Nice product!
