Diagnosing the Oil Leak - Cam Seals

Oh well, just getting back online, and it's a little late to start out at this point, but thanks for the offer.

I cleaned it all up and let it run for a bit, and I still just cannot see oil coming out anywhere, other than what's flying off the pulley (or belt as the case may be).

As for the pink seals - I'm a little color blind in the red/green spectrum - I thought they were brown.
