Tappy you almost have the exact turbo parts I've been collecting for my project. I have a pair of 44idf throttle bodies. I haven't quite decided just yet how I'm going. I found another site that uses a holley carb being fed into the compressor that is being used on a bug. I looks to be a fairly easy thing to make work on the spider as I wouldn't have to change the fuel pump and lines to accommodate the switch to fi as the fuel pressure is the same as what is being used now on my car.
