Folks, it's actually easier than you think. Even though you thought it was a feauture to only be used by nerds, you can use it too.
First off, the picture you want to show must be posted on the internet in some way, shape or form.
"How?"
I'm glad you asked. There are picture sharing tools out there, available from Yahoo, Kodak, Flickr and more. I personally find http://www.flickr.com easy to use. I have taken the liberty of creating an account that even you (yes, I'm talking to you!) can use freely. Just go to http://www.flickr.com and click "Sign in" When it asks you for user name and password, use the following:
user name: fiatspiderforum
password: woohoo
*please note that all letters are lowercase!
Once logged in, click "Upload Photos"
Now, click "Browse..."
Next, find the file on your computer, and double-click it, or click open:
And then you want to click "UPLOAD"
If you'd like, and I would recommend you do this, put in a little description for each photo, so that we know what's being posted! When you're finished, click save.
And now your photos are loaded to Flickr.
"So how do I put them on fiatspider.com?"
I'm getting there! - In Flickr, click on the photo you want to post, and then click, "See different sizes"
Now scroll down and you should see "2. Grab the photo's URL:" Here, you want to select the URL, right click, and select "copy"
Now that you've got the link, go back to fiatspider.com, and paste the link (either right click and select "paste" or press ctrl+v). Once you have pasted the link, type in "" before and after the link, like so:
And then hit Preview! You're done! Woo hoo! Eight steps, that's it.
I would also recommend that at the end of your post to put a link directly to the fiatspiderforum Flickr account which is:
http://flickr.com/photos/38097470@N00/?saved=1
That's it. That's all I've got. Questions?
