First off, I want to say that I took ZERO offense at anything posted on this thread.
I paid a heap of cash, for something that is often cheap.
I did a cost/benefit analysis, and say I came out to the positive...
So what is the result? I have a car I absolutely LOVE driving on the freeway, when I used to avoid the freeway like the plague...
A carpet kit costs $300.00.
The transformation of may car from a surface street roadster, to a freeway eater.. to me is a fair sight better than just putting in fancy carpet. OK, it didn't actually cost $300.00 but it was close, and I had him do a few other things. The grand total was $285.00. The base line cost for this type of Uber balancing is $55.00/wheel.
lol, but I didn't have to buy a new carpet kit.... cause I got one for Christmas!
and thank you everyone for making this conversation what it has become!
