Wont Start!!

SUCCESS!! You cant keep a good Spider down.Thanks for all the help,everyone.Took out the new Accel ignition module and reinstalled the Marrelli.She was flooded from all the attempts but she came back to life.Let it run in the garage(30 deg. and snowing outside) for 10 min,restarts easily hot or cold. Now,I need to find out where my wife ordered this Accel module from and get the money back!

I am the same way ,Ron.I wake up thinking about what might be wrong.Glad it was something easy,although it is odd for a new part to fail like that.I had driven the car a couple hours with it installed with no problem.

Glad someone fixed their spider with a simple fix, I have not gotten mine to start yet, but need to go through the diagnosis and see if it's electrical or mechanical, hopefully it's something simple too.

Seems like this is common, I also have an 82 Spider, and am having the same problem. Is there a way to test the Ignition control module with a multi meter? I replaced it during a tune-up with an aftermarket one from Advanced Auto. I also replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor and coil. Any advice would be helpful.
