Hey Ron,
How about making them all unfinished and let the buyer finish to their tastes? Then if they want you to finish it ,you can charge what you need to make it profitable.I dont own a table router, but I like to do finishing. How about selling just the cut, unassembled pieces? The Lux-a-rest goes worldwide!! Yeah, baby!

Not a bad idea Craig! It sure is easier to nail it together with a gun though. But then, lots of things got nailed together before pnuematic guns were around I guess.
My router table doesn't get much use since I stopped teaching woodshop, but it sure is handy every once in a while.

Those with the tools and the inclination to generate some of our own sawdust might even be persuaded to cough up a fair price for .pdf plans.

The excellent ideas just keep coming. Good one Steve. I'll get to work on some drawings. It'll have to be by hand, I don't have a cad program. The plans will be posted for free use; it certainly will be less work than Brad Artigue puts into his efforts.

Then Steve can get to work on his ''Eub-a-rest"?
