Finally solved, and I feel like an idiot.

Turns out my problem was in the fuel line from the tank to the fuel pump. The line was a bit worn where the clamp was, so I decided to cut the bad part off. Once I reconnected, she moved fuel forward and then she started. I finally got to go out and drive her!

Now I need to work on getting the idle speed adjusted.
