Ron has been working on my new Fiat tool and I thought I'd share it with you guys. Don't you think this will make working under the dash a breeze? You can actually stand straight and not twist yourself into a pretzel....of course I know it wouldn't be feasible for every day maintenance, but I think it's awsome!

Re: Rotisserie
Door bars shouldn't be required if the sills and tunnel are in good condition and you aren't intending to cut into or replace any of these structural members. For safety's sake however, I would like to see your triangular frames tied together at their bases with a long length of square tube or angle iron along the floor. Looking good so far though.

Re: Rotisserie
Mark, we had to move the furniture to the other side of the livingroom.
Curly, this was a trial run to make sure the car would be balanced before everything was tied in. It is actually quite stable the way it is but he'll be adding more to it.
Dave, I believe Ron will be adding something to the doors to protect the integrity of the car once I get all the sand vacuumed and it gets primed.

Re: Rotisserie
Was I thinking out loud? And I agree with Curly, put a bar across on the bottom.

Re: Rotisserie
Very nice Denise. I think your Ron is a keeper.
In addition to a bar for stability, you should also have a well stocked one in the corner
