I've got a couple projects that should keep me out of trouble for a while. The first is adding cabinets and work station in my car trailer. We're using scraps what we have lying around to do this, and I found some oak doors for $5 a piece at a salvage place. I'll pickle stain the oak and Ron is bending a stainless steel top for it this week.
I've also got the 72 soon-to-be racecar completely stripped and it is now getting sandblasted. As soon as it comes back, we'll prime it and start working on the rollcage and bodywork:
Here's a couple pics of the Abarth bumper blocks inserted in the bumper mounting holes. Somebody wanted to see this but I can't seem to find the thread:
Notice how the front mount is too long and will have to be cut down to fit the bumper close to the body:

Denise,
What site do you upload the pictures and then link to your posts? My workplace blocks photobucket, picassa, flickr etc., but I can see all of your pictures!

Looking at the side view of the bumper block it seams the front valance and fender bow in right at the seam, I think it should be one big gracefull arch, if that section can be pulled out the bumper block should fit perfectly.
That trailer looks better than my apartment!

Re: A couple more winter projects
It does look that way, but the mount on the bumper block is also too long and hits the front support. I was hoping to use these blocks on my 71 so I hope you're right about it being bent, but it that's about the only panel that doesn't look so bad on this car.
Rey, I believe these actually came from Bruce's but I traded them for a dash set I made at Freakout.
