Hello all!
I am about to change out my 34ADF Weber for a 32/36DFEV Weber (The K-519 kit) and Install the Electronic Distributor kit from Vicks on my '76 1800. I am running a 4-2-1 exhaust, no CAT, usually at sea level to 4500ft - Seattle driving out to the Mountain roads.
I am wondering if there are any peeps out there that have Jetting suggestions just to save me some time and fiddling.

I'd start with this:
Idle Jet: 55
Main Jet (primary/secondary): 130/135
Air Corrector Jet (primary/secondary): 165/160
Tuning of emulsion tubes is a bit of a black art, so I can't offer much help there. But, the above should get you in the ballpark. The main thing to avoid is running way lean (detonation and internal damage) or way rich (washing down the oil on the cylinder bores). Fortunately, a Weber on the twin cam engine can tolerate a wide A/F range and be just fine.
If you want to sell your 34ADF once you've made the swap, let me know.

Bryan, helpful as always! Thanks for the starting point. I am going to try to keep away from the emulsion tubes (my jet kit doesnt have them anyway) I will want to offload that carb, just dont need it. Not sure if we can DM other members here but feel free to if you want!
