FIrefox problem after submitting a post

Hi admin,
I just wrote and submitted 2 posts and got an error message each (2nd):
"[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/phpbb/session.php on line 1380: dns_get_record(): A temporary server error occurred.
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions.php on line 1813: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [ROOT]/includes/functions.php:3035)"

After refreshing the browser my post was completed! Any Idea?!
