I bought my 1979 Spider 2000 last October at an auction here in the UK. It was imported from California in 1993 and has done less than 3000 miles since. The paint, body and interior are all in really good condition, and it's been looked after mechanically as well. I just need to do a bit of on-going reconditioning to get it sorted, although it did pass its MOT last September. Really pleased with it so far.
