75 spider owner Davenport IA

Not new to FIAT products, but new to the Spider. Had a 77 X1/9 in high school, wrecked it while at college, due to bad brakes. Purchased a 76 Lancia Scorpion 18 years ago, got rid of it due to lifestyle change. Got involved with a group of guys to build a 24 Hours of Lemons race car, in the search for a race candidate, I started looking at FIAT's again as a side project. Picked up a 75 Spider with a nice set of Exip wheels, unfortunately everything else is pretty rough. Current plans:
-Convert to FI with Holley 2 barrel Sniper EFI
-Completely gut wiring harness and replace with Coach Controls roadster 18 wiring harness.
-Bosch 90A alternator converted to run with B&C Specialty linear voltage regulator.
-Gear Reduction Starter
-Ferrari 250 Dash
-Fix rust
-Paint
-Have seats from a 2008 Mini Cooper S, hopefully I can get them to work
