Exhaust Downpipe Sealer?
1980 2000 - Noticed there's a gasket that's available with a description that says the downpipe flange did not come with an OEM gasket. Are these normally sealed with just sealer? Thank you in advance for the help!

Don't use sealer, and none was used originally. Flange to flange connections should be fine, and some people add a gasket although it's not always necessary. A gasket helps if your flanges aren't completely flat, though.
