Where does fan switch wire holder bolt on to?

There is a metal bracket around the two black wires coming from the fan switch, meant to hold them in place. For the life of me I cannot seem to remember where it bolts into. Any suggestions?

I *think* that the metal clamp attaches under the driver-side top bolt that holds the fan to the radiator. At least, that's where I've always put it.

That would explain a lack of dedicated hole, and lack of leftover fastener.
