Got my Spider out of the car port and took it for its first 2023 drive yesterday. All went well except mice did get into the car.
I put a large tarp down on the floor and then drive the car onto it. pull the tarp up over the sides and tie it with clothesline that pass over the car. I then put a car cover over the car and the sides of the tarp. Darn mice ate through the tarp on the floor and got into the car. Not a lot of mess but still a surprise to see they got in.
Today I will clean the car and get it ready for more use.
We love our 81 Spider.

Re: First drive in 2023
Darn mice... My issue out here is spiders (the spiderweb kind of spiders). They appear out of nowhere each night. Perhaps I shouldn't act surprised.
But, we're still stuck with rain and 50 degree weather out here. Early April for us is usually clear and in the 70s / near 80.
