My winter project is a front end rebuild(seems popular this year!) There is a local mech. who is really top notch. The shop is full of Porsches,BMW,and VW's. He is restoring a great XKE for a customer. We have become friends and he has offered to let me bring the Fiat into his shop and work on it there with his help!!Might take a little longer but it will get done right.I have put this off for a while because of lack of confidence in my abilities. My business has been slow, but I have all the parts already,so this will probably be my only project this winter.Besides,I can drive most of the winter anyway!

Front end rebuild makes a very noticable difference in the handling. At least it did for me when I did mine last winter.

Tappy, I hope that threeth engine works for you. The Firfth and seconth were no good and I don't want to see you move on to the Fourd.

Yes. Another FI convert! Some folks still haven't accepted this new fangled, er, 30-year old technology. Hey Tappy, don't let these guys poke fun at your English until they start posting in French or Flemish!

I can speak french also and a little german , Its so much easyer to mark someone , its far more difficult to learn another language . I'm pretty sure that everybody understands my englisch , who's the retarded then ?

Gunsmith,

Living in Florida, you should be used to being around people who don't speak English. I bet Tappy's English is better than the majority of the population of South Florida.

I plan on doing things I can do in the house. Leather seats, finish the dash, rebuild the trans.
