Automatic transmission radiator connection banjo bolt torque

Post by Gseppe »

I need the proper torque setting for the banjo bolts on the inlet and outlet lines to the radiator. There are copper crush washers similar to brake lines. Can't find the settings in the shop manual.

Thanks!

The torque spec I use for mine is good and thight. I have never looked for an actual number. Always use new washers and try not to break the bolts nor hurt the radiator. So I went out to the shop and looked in my factory repair manual and not a word on the banjo bolts. Good Luck.
