Can anyone identify this thing for me? It is under the glove box. Nothing is connected to it.

If I remember right that is the buzzer that most everyone hates.

Yes, that Sipea part number corresponds to Fiat part number 4454755, which is the "Fasten Seat Belt/Remove Key" buzzer.
