Broken vapor separator hose block pipe mount

Post by jon8christine »

Anybody know if the little pipe nipple that threads into the block for the short 90 degree crankcase vapor separator hose to mount to is available? Mine broke off while stripping the block and I can't find one. It's an M16x1.5 (same as the oil dipstick), so worst case maybe I can find a metric nipple and make it work.

I don't see anyone who sells this particular item, but I believe the part number is 4123140. However, if you search for

M16X1.5 Male to Barb Hose ID 5/8”

there are a number of places that sell this fitting. Might work. Steel is probably better than brass.
