I want to slightly improve the sound of my 2 liter CS0. Nothing really loud, just a little improvement.
I already tried a stainless steel silencer - the sound was ok, but there was a really sonorous buzzing in lower revs which was really annoying.
A double ended one is also not what I want.
Now I read something somewhere, that it should be possible to mount the silencer of the 1,8 liter engine (the one with the staight pipe) on the 2 liter. The sound should be a little more "italian"
The text I found described that the mount would require a different mount and also a reducer since the diamter of the 1800 exhaust is bigger.
Can someone confirm that this conversion works on the CS0 ? Did someone do it ? How is the sound ?
