Hello from Auburn, AL! I recently acquired an ‘82 Spider 2000 named Francesca. She’s got about 27k miles showing on the clock, but the odometer and speedo are TU so probably much higher. She’s a hoot to drive and I’m enjoying learning to speak Fiat (I’ve learned so much from this board already). I love the early ‘80s mechanical simplicity and lack of power anything...very elemental. Reminds me of my air cooled VWs.

Re: Hello from Auburn
Hi Mathew,
an welcome! luckily you used your first name, your nick would cause some problems with the typo!
Spider driving means pure roadster feeling, just a good old feeling!
Let us have a look at your francesca! Sounds that you have no problems with the car? Just enjoy it!
Bye, Ralf
