Firewall harness clip

They get extremely brittle over time, likely that all the original ones will break if clipped or unclipped. Probably something similar in the general marketplace?

AutoRicambi sells the brake line clips:

and Midwest-Bayless has the same sorta thing but in white (if it matters).

I've never found an exact replacement for the brake line/wire harness clip like you're looking for. But, most generic auto stores will carry a variety of push-in clips of various sizes, and I've just used those. Plastic clips like for electrical wire routing will also work, and I think they're called "P-clips".
