Spring rates . Mark , Curly, Bill

I was trying to remember who was running 600lb front springs on their car. I can't remember if this was on the street or if they were using it for the track. I'm looking at some springs to go with my konis that I have as the stock ones are just a little to soft still.If that is a good rate what would be good for the rear. This is mostly a sunny day driver but may take it autox in the future for the fun of it.
