Hi All,
As I was rotating the engine after replacing a valve shim, the shim shot out. I guess it wasn't seated straight so once the cam lobe started pressing on it, it shot across my garage like a tiddly wink. My question is, if I keep rotating the engine, the cam lobe gets wedged against the edge of the bucket and the engine will not turn.
Is there anything I can do, besides removing the cam tower?
Any help is greatly appreciated, I had a drive planned for tomorrow for the first time in a year. This car just keeps letting me down, or I guess I keep letting it down.
Thanks
Charlie
