Can anyone tell me if a Spider 124 2000 dash will fit a 1974 124 1800 Spider?

Yes, it will. They all interchange, even the pininfarina dashboards fit the earlier cars (if you want an ugly dash in your early car, that is).

The 74 had the hump in the instrument panel, you'll have to use the ones from the 2000. They'll look/work fine just remove the pininfarina 2000 logo with a mild amount of heat.
